You can sign up for membership of the Association directly
online, or you can download an application
form.
To use the application form, view
it here and print it out. Then fill it in, sign, and post
with a cheque for £35 to the address on the form. The
fee is £15 for the first year's subscription, plus £20
joining fee to cover administration and the cost of a club burgee,
which will be included in your welcome pack.
You can save money by joining online. Because this hugely simplifies
our admin, the joining fee is only £10, saving you £10!
You will need a PayPal account — you can
open one as part of the process if you don't have one, and pay
with your credit or debit card.

– this will take you to the PayPal web site
where you can complete the transaction.
Please read the notes below before submitting the form.
A few notes:
- PayPal will charge your first year's membership
together with the joining fee (£25 total) immediately,
and will also set up an automatic renewal for your annual
membership of £15. This will occur during February
next year, or the following year if joining in November
or December.
- The actual renewal date when payment is taken will be
either sometime in February, or the last few days of January,
depending on today's date. This is a limitation of the PayPal
subscription system.
- You can cancel the automatic future payments at any time
through your PayPal account, but by making
it automatic it saves you having to remember, and saves
us having to send out reminders to everyone every year.
- The form asks for your name, telephone numbers, and boat
details; your postal and email addresses will be taken from
the information you provide to PayPal.
- You may join as a couple, in which case enter something
like John & Mary for First Name(s). If
you are a couple with different surnames, use the form John
/ Mary and Smith / Jones for First Name(s)
and Surname respectively.
