    Your membership expires at the end of February each year, but we ask that renewal subscriptions are paid by the 1st February.
    This ensures we have plenty of time to issue new membership cards where required, and saves us chasing up renewals unnecessarily.

    There are three ways to renew your membership of the MacGregor Owners Association:

    By bank transfer

    Make a direct payment from your bank account, preferably by setting up a Standing Order. You need to make a payment of £15 to the Association's bank account, as follows:

    If you set up a Standing Order, please make the payment date to reach the Association on 1st February each year.

    Please email treasurer@macgregorowners.org.uk if you make or set up any kind of bank payment, so we know to expect it. Also let us know if there are any changes to your details (address, tel, email, etc.).

    Automatically by PayPal

    If you joined using PayPal, then your renewal was automatically set up at the time.

    If not, you can set up automatic renewal using the form below.

    and then automatically during February each subsequent year, all from your credit or debit card. If you don't have a PayPal account you can open one as part of the process, you just need your card details as you would for any other online transaction. Please note that we never have access to your card details, the transaction is handled by PayPal — we just receive the payment.

    A few notes:

    • The actual renewal date when payment is taken will be either sometime in February, or the last few days of January, depending on today's date. This is a limitation of the PayPal subscription system.
    • You can cancel the automatic future payments at any time through your PayPal account, but by making it automatic it saves you having to remember, and saves us having to send out reminders to everyone every year.
    • The form asks for your name, telephone numbers, and boat details; your postal and email addresses will be taken from the information you provide to PayPal.
    • If you are a couple, enter something like John & Mary for First Name(s). If you are a couple with different surnames, use the form John / Mary and Smith / Jones for First Name(s) and Surname respectively.

    By cheque

    We would greatly prefer that you use one of the above methods rather than send a cheque!

    Cheques involve extra work for us, as well as the cost of postage for you. They also can (and do) get lost, which creates extra work and hassle all round. However, if it is your only way to make payment, please view and print the application form (click here), fill it in and post with a cheque for £15 to the address on the form.
